I'm curious as to why there is a need to explain that the soap dispenser contains soap? Isn't the word "soap dispenser" self-explanatory? It just puzzles me and I had to blog about this.

Soap dispenser with soap
I went to a shopping centre (which I shall not name) in Singapore on New Year's Day and had to use the washroom. So I went to the ladies and while queuing, I chanced upon this sign on the wall:
