Door scrapes skin off foot

I had a blister from wearing my newly bought flatted shoes. So the skin on my ankle was tender. Today when I tried to close the toilet door, I roughly banged the door against my ankle and the skin came off. Here are pictures to show you my agony:



It only hurts when it gets wet though.
