- Have your dinner at least 4 hours before bedtime
- Drink a glass of water before sleeping
- Follow the following steps for a good night's sleep:
The traditional method of sleeping on a pillow and hugging a bolster.
The pillow gives you comfort and prevents neck ache whilst the bolster gives a sense of security.
But if you don't have either one, try the following options: Double Pillow or Double Bolster
But one should never... and I mean never ever use a Bed as Bolster!
